The subject is a narrow country road. This is a road off of a highway that leads to an old house. The road is tree lined and today was another bright sunny day in middle Tennessee, and I wanted to take advantage of the sunlight that was shining between the trees. It created really interesting shadows on across the small road. As I finished I ended the day very happy with the painting. I hope that you like it too.
