The subject is a farm field. This was in the early evening and the sunlight was still directly hitting the field but the view point is from a more tree lined area in the shadows. The goldish green of the wheat field was really amazing in the sunlight. When this painting is under the light the field really glows. I hope that you enjoy the painting.
